Week 16 = Kindness

This week the whole class focused on kindness, we where to observe, and do kind deeds without being caught. The instructor of the class went on a diet until the class reach a certain number of comments I believe it was 5000 comments and also went to give over 300 hugs at the farmers market in Kauai Hawaii. Great staff with the MKMMA, such dedication, desire, passion, and purpose to show people like me and my other classmates not to live the cookie cutter life and to follow your compass and my purpose for life.

 I found out this week I was happier laughing more and some of the responsesun for taking a shopping cart for a stranger was thank you and shock that someone would do that for them.

When I was at the deli counter getting lunch meat a father and son came to the counter they were talking about getting salami which the clerk was already cutting for me, I asked the clerk for another slice because the kid said he did know if he wanted it because he never had it. He grabbed the slice from the clerk and he liked it. His Dad said .75 lbs please, I told the clerk to finish his order first. See was stund and didn\’t really know what to think but we were laughing and having a great time at the store.When you are kind to others you feel great and it spreads like wild fire.
