Week 8

The mental diet continues as I dive a little deeper to clear old experiences from the past as I still see them creeping in to create poison and dismay in my new life, I am designing.
With resentment, hate or any other negative thought we are then disconnected for the higher state of mind and we get more of the things we continually think of good or bad.
Life can change in the snap of your fingers or take decades to turn around, the results come from the necessity whether you take action or just wishful thinking.
I see the big vision of the life I love living and everyday take action, I am already this person and repeat it with the obsession and nonstop dedication to a higher awareness of the end result using the OATS and 12 week year system measuring to who I was yesterday to who I am today.
I may not know ( HOW) this is going to come about, But I take the action I Can today with what I Have and take the next step and repeat. It is like taking a shower, brushing your teeth, and feeding your mind with the things that expand and grow you to the person you are mint to BE.
The sun raises and fall everyday, but we may not, we can live 1 year 90 times or live each day as if it is our last day, being fully present for every experience. The decision lies with us, no one is here to bring you happiness or make you feel good about yourself, You and you alone can decide to be happy in any situation that may come your way, it is with the mental diet and work that you DO. Plus the meaning you give to it that has the thought, beliefs , feeling, action and results that are in your life today. If you don’t like your results change you thoughts. Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result is insanity
Write the store you want to live make adjustments and make sure to surround yourself with the people who expand the person your are release the ones that keep you playing small and stuck in the blame and shame way of Life.
